LONDON BUYS

As you may or may not have noticed via my Instagram profile, I've been to London yet again :-) Just a couple of days shopping, relaxing, eating and just enjoying the English was exactly what I needed to get these holiday months started!

I know you probably won't see a lot on these pictures, but I'm planning on wearing all of these items really soon ;-)

MY TURTLENECK TOP

I've never been into turtleneck tops but for this one I gladly made an exception :-) I love the fabric and the way it falls. The combination with these new pants is something I don't normally wear, but I kinda dig the result. It's a kind of 'sweatpants gone fancy' and I really like it! Perfect for a night out :-)

THE FIRST DAY

My Easter look. We had a lovely family gathering on Sunday. And of course, there was chocolate galore! Not the best food when you're rather nervous about, let's say, a first day of a new internship :-) As I am writing this post (on Monday evening), the butterflies in my stomach are raging. As you may know, I'm in my final year of Communication Management and I will be doing an internship at a Communication- and Event bureau for the next 8 weeks. I really hope it will go smoothly this first week :-)

I got to wear my new top this weekend. I love it! The color is beautiful and I love the way it improves my figure :-)

NEW IN - MARCH 23

As I told you in my previous post, I got myself some new March 23 sneakers! This time, I got the ones with the laces (instead of velcro :-)) and they are burgundy. Plus, how cool are the snakeskin details? :-) I hope the snow will be gone soon, so I can show them off and walk all diva-like!!

NEW IN - SALES

My exams are finally over! (sorry guys, I know a lot of you still have a couple more weeks to go) My mom and I celebrated it yesterday by 'visiting' some stores in Antwerp. I have to say, unfortunately a lot of the things I had set my eyes on were already gone (stupid exams!) but I got some fantastic pieces. This isn't all but they are a few of my favorite items :-)

BEST SCARF EVER

Just a quick post. I'm going back to Antwerp tonight, since I have my first exam tomorrow.. I bought this cute sweater in London last week. The last party is over, now it's time to get seriously involved with my books and courses. My exams start in exactly 6 days or 133 hours or 7947 minutes or 476780 seconds. Let the stress begin!

CHRISTMAS DAY

I got these awesome shoes a while ago, they were the last pair and thankfully just my size :-) Christmas Day was the first time I could wear them and I have to say: it won't be the last time ;-)

It was the first time in years that I didn't wear a skirt or dress on Christmas. When it comes to parties or just festive occasions, the first item I normally grab out of my closet is a dress. But I felt like doing something else this year and I really like the result :-) Especially with the shoes!

NEW TECHNOLOGY

I finally did it! I bought my very first Apple-product :-) My Blackberry had been broken for a while now and I just got worse last week. I got sick of it so I decided not to wait any longer!! :-) I got my beautiful iPhone on Saturday and I'm already addicted :-)

WITH MY NEW COAT

I got this coat as a birthday present from my mom and Friday was the first time I could actually wear it. This coat is so cool and so soft! I have a feeling I will be wearing it a lot.

IN WITH THE NEW

I got myself a new pair of shoes, high top wedge sneakers to be exact :-) My March 23 ones are still one of my favorites, but I must be honest, these shoes are some fierce competition!

I saw them on the website last weekend and I just had to have them. Even though I'm going to London again in a couple of months, I couldn't wait. I came home this Friday and there they were, already waiting for me to unpack. They are super cute and the inside is extremely soft. I will be wearing these a lot, I can tell you that :-)

PS: as you can probably see in the pictures (especially in the last two :-)), I'm ill. Perfect timing to get the flu...

THE PINK BLAZER
