MELTING AWAY

Just like the rest of Belgium probably, I've been enjoying this heat wave these past few days :-) Although, sometimes it's a tad too hot, this is my kind of weather! I so enjoy days like this. There's just way more to do when the sun is out and burning! :-)

I finally got to see Kings of Leon again this year on Rock Werchter, since they didn't came last year. Again an awesome day with fantastic concerts. Big surprise to me was Ke$ha. I honestly thought she was going to be a bad singer, but boy, did she prove me wrong. I really liked the show (which was quite chaotic actually) and she did sing rather good.

The Script was as usual amazing and Danny was as usual gorgeous :-)

But the highlight of my day was of course The Kings! Hottie Caleb, cutie Matthew, gorgeous Nathan and sexy Jared were fantastic! Can't wait for their new album and to see them again next year :-)

LONDON BUYS

As you may or may not have noticed via my Instagram profile, I've been to London yet again :-) Just a couple of days shopping, relaxing, eating and just enjoying the English was exactly what I needed to get these holiday months started!

CASUAL SUNDAY

I kept it super casual on Sunday. My sister and I went to help our aunt unpack, she moved to a new apartment this weekend. It truly is a beautiful place.

I'm still ill, but unfortunately school is super busy this week. I can't afford to miss a day :-(

ANTWERP FASHION NIGHT 2012

I went to the Antwerp Fashion Night pre party on Friday with my friend Nick. Unfortunately I couldn't stay very long but I had a lovely time. And I got to catch up with some fellow bloggers, always nice :-)

Though my birthday is not till next Saturday, my mom already gave me an early birthday present: a very nice shopping spree :-) I got a lot of new things, I'll show them to you later!

A SMALL GET-TOGETHER

I met up with friends on Wednesday, we had a lot of fun! We hadn't seen each other in a couple of months (in holidays, it's always so hard to meet all at the same time), so it was time to catch up, big time! Temperatures are quickly dropping these days sadly, but this jacket is just perfect for the rather cold moments. I bought it at the end of the sales, but I'd seen it hanging on the racks weeks earlier. Still can't believe it was the right size and all :-)

ANOTHER HEAT WAVE

It's getting hot hot hot here in Belgium again, so time to take out the dresses again :-) I'm just enjoying these sunny days, because before you know it, school will start again and the temperatures will cool down.. Did you know it's just 108 days left until the most wonderful time of the year (aka Christmas :-))?

ONE MORE DAY

Just one more day of studying and suffering! I had my second exam today and I'm glad to say it went well :-) Now let's hope tomorrow is going to be easy-peasy as well!

GIRLY WITH A TWIST

They have finally arrived, the last couple of days I will be stuck behind my desk, studying for my resits.. Even though I only had a few exams I needed to take again, I am sick of it! This weekend especially! It's Maanrock, a free festival, today and tomorrow in the city I live near. I always go, it's actually the first time in maybe 7 or 8 years I won't be going..

I hope Tuesday will be here quick so I can finally have a good night's sleep AND I will be going to the Belgian seaside for a couple of days. :-) Can't wait!

I went shopping on Monday. I decided to wear an all white outfit, not that smart when there is a constant threat that it's going to rain. Thank God it didn't: no wet t-shirt contest for me :-)
